We are a little bit different than most other auction companies in several ways. Read on to learn how we are different and how we can work together.

How We Are Different

Difference:

Most auctioneers that are qualified to sell real estate at auction also take conventional real estate listings. These auctioneers are competing with you for conventional listings. We do not take conventional listings! We are not competing with you - we want to be your partner!

Difference:
Many auctioneers sell primarily personal property and dabble in real estate when they get the chance. We have 20 years of real estate experience and millions of dollars of sales under our belts. We know what we are doing - both residential and commercial properties.

Difference:
Involvement and participation in the real estate boards, MLS and professional associations is often overlooked by other auctioneers. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, our local board, our local MLS, have obtained the CCIM designation and are active in the national and local auctioneer associations.

Difference:
Unfortunately, many auctioneers are still not offering broker cooperation for the properties they offer at auction. We believe in cooperation and relationship building. We fully cooperate with all real estate professionals on all properties offered at auction. Our cooperation level mimics the local standard co-op fees.

No Commission Changes
Partnering with us does not mean you cut your commissions. The listing and cooperation commissions stay the same just like your conventional listing. We add on a nominal buyer premium for our services which the buyer pays at closing.
